Chemical Peels

A chemical peel is a treatment where a combination of chemical agent is applied to the skin with the aim to treat and minimize the appearance of acne, spots, discolouration, sun damaged skin, dull complexion, rough feeling skin and many more. It is a form of accelerated skin exfoliation.

Chemical peels are categorized into 3 namely Superficial peels (this is the mildest peel, it penetrates into the very outer layer of the skin), Medium peels (this peel penetrates beyond the skin’s first and the middle layers of the skin) and Deep peels (this is the most intense peel, it penetrates from the outer layers down to the deepest layers of the skin). They can be done on the face, hands, arms, neck, back, buttocks and chest.
