Removal of Benign Skin Growths
Benign skin growths are harmless overgrowths of skin cells that can appear on any part of your skin. They come in a range of appearances, including moles, flesh-coloured skin tags, small red dots or black bumpy patches. These growths require removal when they develop complications or when they bother you. Benign skin growths are removed by surgery or ablative laser removal.
Benign skin growths include skin tags, syringoma, dermatofibroma, xanthelasma, sebaceous hyperplasia and lipoma. These growths are removed either through a laser procedure or surgery, depending on the diagnosis.
Common benign skin growths are removed in our clinic by our certified dermatologist.
